New Years Res… Lose Weight

1/05/09 Update: Weighed in at 175.  For 5′7… My target weight is between 150-160.  So, I’m shooting to lose 15-20 pounds.  You can do it too!  Check out some of the links below…  I’m gonna try counting calories and start exercising.
