Recycling

Are you really recycling? Or, does the “recycling” truck just dump all your “recyclables” into a landfill somewhere?

‘Cause, you get one little bin to put all your recyclables in… and they aren’t seperated. Do they do that for you?

How much “trash” actually gets put in with recylables? I would bet a lot.

New Years Res… Lose Weight

1/05/09 Update: Weighed in at 175. For 5’7… My target weight is between 150-160. So, I’m shooting to lose 15-20 pounds. You can do it too! Check out some of the links below… I’m gonna try counting calories and start exercising.

Apparently, expiration dates don’t always mean that the product is bad. Stores can actually keep products on the shelves longer than their “use by” dates. The only thing they are required by law to remove is baby formula and baby food.
