TEXTING INJURIES: What Happened to Common Sense?

An alert was sent out this week by the American College of Emergency Physicians that warns of dangers of sending text messages while WALKING!  London has had this problem for a while… and actually started PADDING lamp posts and street signs… watch below.

England is sooo CUSHY.  Instead of letting people be stupid and walk into things, they’ve padded the streets for these morons.  What is so important on your phone that you can’t pay attention to where you are going?!

Worst Reality TV Show of ALL TIME

Hmmm… I’m gonna vote for any Celebreality show on VH1…
AOL TV recently did a poll for the Best/Worst reality shows. Here are their results.

**To start — The New Celeb-Reality “best of” show from VH1 — “I Love Money.” Wooo… Didn’t think it could get worse than “Flavor of Love…”  But — VH1 has accomplished this!

Also — Worst REALITY Game Show — A New LOW FOR TV… thanks to the G4 network!  Saw a preview for “Hurl!” while watching Mythbusters kick off of Sharkweek on Discovery… Immediately, my stomach started turning… But, then I was very intrigued… So, it’s sitting on my DVR awaiting digestion.  I’ll report back on this. ***

***Watched G4’s “Hurl!” yesterday.  I almost blew chunks.  They had 5 guys eating a batch of chicken pot pies, then the guys who consumed the most rode those spinny “Orbitron” rides… If you hurl, you lose.  They kept doing this, chicken pot pies, orbitron till only one person was left.  As soon as he won… he puked.  Yep.  The decline of Western Civilization as we know it.  Or maybe the sign of a great civilization?  The Roman’s are rumored to have done something like this… to make room for more food.

ONE THING YOU CAN DO TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT

Keep a food diary… Yeah… That’s it. I don’t know about you, but I’m horrible at writing things down… Which can burn you at tax time. I need one of those personal assistants to take notes for me. But — it works… Think about it. If you are writing down everything you eat, your less likely to grab that snack. Cause, then you’ll have to tell on yourself. And — if your counting calories, you’ll know what your limits are… Hmmm… I may give it a shot… Wanna join me? There’s an excel spreadsheet on the USA today site.
